We’re hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to lead our residential power washing and window cleaning crews during the day. This position requires strong customer service skills, as you’ll be interacting directly with homeowners and clients face-to-face. You’ll be responsible for job site setup, equipment operation, and delivering spotless results to high-end residential customers. Hours may vary depending on the schedule, but most work takes place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Pay ranges from $20–$30 per hour, based on experience. Paid training is available, and we’re always willing to train the right person. Applicants must have a valid California driver’s license, be comfortable working outdoors with their hands, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Looking to work nights and lead with confidence? Join our commercial power washing team as a Night Shift Team Member or Crew Leader. This role involves working after hours at gas stations, shopping centers, arenas, and other large commercial sites. Unlike day shift, there’s no customer interaction—just you, your team, and the mission to get the property spotless by sunrise. You’ll be responsible for setup, operation of commercial-grade pressure washing and steam cleaning equipment, and overseeing completion of each job to our exact standards. Most shifts fall between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM. Pay ranges from $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience. Paid training is available. Must have a valid California driver’s license, be physically able to lift and move up to 50 lbs, and ready to work with your hands outdoors.
